At Chartwell Residential all of the Property Management is undertaken from the Putney office and not centralised as with many other estate agents.
Being Landlords ourselves we know how important it is to have a reliable Maintenance team available to undertake any issues that may arise with rented property. We offer a personal service and treat all residential properties as if they were our own. We have excellent, reliable contractors who are available at short notice and we can organise everything that is required prior to the start and end of a letting tenancy, including pre tenancy works and end of tenancy inventory services. We can also arrange furnishing, storage and refurbishments at extremely short notice. Our costs are competitive and our Management service takes the stress away from Landlords as we are the direct point of contact for the tenant with any issues that occur.
